Shipping policy
Delivery times
The delivery times shown on our website are counted in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) and are approximate.
- Spain (mainland): 2–5 working days.
- Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 4–7 working days.
- European Union: 5–10 working days.
- Rest of the world: 10–20 working days (depending on destination and customs).
We do everything we can to make sure you receive your order within the stated times. However, issues beyond our control may arise (transport delays, logistical problems or exceptional circumstances). We therefore recommend allowing an additional margin of up to 5 working days on top of the estimated delivery time.
During peak periods (sales, Christmas, special campaigns), delivery times may be affected.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and will be shown before you confirm your order. In some cases, we offer free shipping above a certain order value, which will be clearly indicated on the website.
Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can check the status of your shipment at any time.
