Shipping policy
Delivery times
You'll see the delivery date on each product page, in your basket and in your order confirmation. Times are in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding Spanish national and Madrid regional holidays).
In-stock products
Orders placed before 14:00 (Spanish mainland time) on a working day leave our Madrid warehouse the same day; later orders leave the next working day. From dispatch:
- Mainland Spain: delivered the next working day.
- Balearic Islands: 2–3 working days.
- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 4–7 working days.
- Rest of Europe: 3–6 working days.
- Rest of the world: 10–20 working days, depending on destination and customs.
Personalised products
These are made for you after you order. Total time from order to delivery in Spain:
- Phone cases: 6–8 working days.
- Towels, leggings, laptop sleeves, backpacks and mugs: 7–9 working days.
- T-shirts, sweatshirts and personalised bottles: 8–10 working days.
Outside Spain, add one working day. If your order combines in-stock and personalised products, they may arrive in separate parcels.
From 27 November to 5 January deliveries may take one extra working day. The dates shown on the website already allow for this, and for any day we are closed.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free to mainland Spain. For other destinations the cost is calculated automatically and shown before you confirm your order.
Tracking
When your order leaves us, you'll receive an email with the tracking number so you can follow your parcel at any time.
Delays or problems
If your order hasn't arrived by the date shown, write to us at malena@illustrarte.es and we'll sort it out with you.
