How to personalise a case
It's all done from the case's product page, in under two minutes:
- Choose your phone model. It's in the drop-down: iPhone 11 to 17 (plus some older models, depending on the design) and Samsung Galaxy S series, S20 to S25.
- Choose the finish: glossy, with more vivid colours, or matte, more understated and soft to the touch.
- Tap “Personalizar”, type the name and pick its colour from ten shades.
- Ask for a WhatsApp preview if you'd like to see the design with the name before we make it. And if you'd like a different background colour, a flag or the Virgin emblem, just say so in the special request field.
Every case is made to order, only when you buy it. Production takes 6 to 7 working days, and shipping on personalised products is free.
Why a phone case makes such a good gift
It's used every day. It doesn't end up in a drawer or on a shelf: it goes from hand to bag and from bag to table dozens of times a day.

Four tips for getting it right
Check the exact model. An iPhone 15 and an iPhone 15 Pro don't take the same case. If it's a surprise, the model is shown under Settings › General › About on an iPhone, and Settings › About phone on a Samsung.
Keep the name short. A first name or nickname reads better than a full name. “Lola” looks better than “María Dolores”.
Pick a colour that contrasts. White or pink on the black backgrounds, red or black on the light ones. If in doubt, ask for the WhatsApp preview and we'll look at it with you.
Order in good time. Because each case is made to order, allow the week of production plus delivery. For Christmas or a Secret Santa, November is better than December.
